Vintage original music stand base / top panel from a Hammond B3 or C3 organ. This is the piece that sits directly on top of the drawbars — also fits B2 and C2 models but will have a square hole where the start/run controls would be on a B3 or C3.
In good shape for its age with normal cosmetic wear and tear throughout (see photos).
