Return/Exchange Policy
We have a 14 day return/exchange policy from your delivery date. If you would like to return or exchange your order, simply email us and we will assist you. A merchandise credit will be issued for returns/exchanges on merchandise, however monetary refunds will not be issued. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise must be undamaged in original condition. A restocking fee of 15% may apply. Wholesale, special orders, and piano shells or cabinets are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange. If your order was damaged in shipping please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and we will rectify the situation accordingly.
We accept trade ins on keyboards purchased at CVK, but please note the trade in value will not necessarily reflect the value of the keyboard when originally purchased from our shop.
